Elbow Kiss is the experimental indie folk project of Em Boreen from Lekeungen Territories (Victoria BC).

Em has always been connected to music, absorbing inspiration first from long drives through the mountains of BC listening to 90s country and the warm sound of their grandma singing old country classics in the kitchen.

Em has been writing and making music for over 10 years and finally- they are recording and performing the songs that have been whittled down and refined over many moons. Through gentle picking of guitar & harp strings and trilling vibrato, they weave stories of the hyperreal & metaphysical, of nostalgia & yearning.

The self released EP "Live on CFUV" is available now via bandcamp. Elbow Kiss will be releasing new music spring 2025.
